Bluesky Orthopaedics Minor Hand Service (Practice Based Commissioning)

The service is designed to enable patients to be treated closer to home, for minor hand conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger, therefore removing attendance to hospital for these conditions.

This service releases Hospital facilities for better utilisation, allowing patients requiring hospital treatment to access care more quickly.

 All treatment including surgery is performed in GP surgeries by qualified Orthopaedic Clinicians.
