Motiva is currently deployed in the London Borough of Newham and is managing over 400 patients with various chronic diseases. By involving the patient in the management of their condition, it is possible to track critical measurements of their health to allow proactive and non-invasive intervention thus eliminating acute presentation of patients in the emergency department.
