TeleMedCare work with PCTs, providing support in developing Telehealth strategies through implementation and finally running the managed service. They have monitoring centres throughout the UK and have partnerships with several IT solution providers such as GP system providers like EMIS and providers to National framework for IT, such as iSOFT.
