Innovative and Effective Management of Patient Demand - McKesson Asia-Pacific will be demonstrating their extremely successful telephone triage, advice and referral system, which has been rolled out across Australia and New Zealand.  CareEnhance Call Centre provides 24 hour support, 7 days a week resulting in appropriate patient referral to the appropriate level of care within an appropriate period of time, and helps callers make informed healthcare decisions by providing accessible and safe care around the clock.
