Armchair Involvement is a practical guide that can help in a number of ways:
It picks out the key trends and technologies that will affect the NHS’ relationship with staff, patients and the public over the next five to ten years.

A-Z of interactive technology - 24 tools are highlighted and explored, ranging from avatars and multimedia messaging to digital interactive television and web based decision tools.

Their recommendations are detailed within the site to help inform and inspire those involved in implementing Armchair Involvement tools in the NHS.
