Showcase Content:

An interactive showcase of healthcare applications in the 3D online virtual world of Second Life.

Imperial College and partners showcase the application of the virtual world to diverse applications in healthcare.  Discover how we may be able to empower adult patients with learning disability or enable NHS staff to experience situations where a patient’s safety could be at risk in the real world.  We will also demonstrate a patient management simulation for training junior doctors and a polyclinic that has already seen 13,500 visitors.
