Diabetes UK - Measure Up with Diabetes UK
Diabetes UK is the largest and longest established charity in the UK dedicated to supporting those with diabetes and their families and carers.

Diabetes UK has worked with the NHS in London and Stoke on Trent to deliver a joint social marketing campaign called Measure Up. The stand demonstrates how this partnership works and targets people most at risk of diabetes, and those working with them.

Partners:
Recent partnerships include NHS London and NHS Stoke on Trent delivering joint social marketing campaigns, and with North of Tyne, Calderdale and Kirklees and Tower Hamlets PCT redesigning how people with diabetes access and experience their ‘Year of Care’. Diabetes UK also works strategically with NHS Diabetes and the Department of Health to create policy programmes that encourage local innovation to deliver patient centered services that support self-management. Diabetes UK also has over 15,000 volunteers and 300 voluntary groups all assisting in fund raising, campaigning and promoting the work of Diabetes UK.
