The Healthcare Innovation EXPO is back for 2011, with new features, more exhibitors, more speakers and seminars. After the successful launch of EXPO last year, we are pleased to announce this year’s event will take place on 9th and 10th March at ExCeL.

EXPO plays an important role in enabling the NHS to achieve quality in healthcare outcomes. EXPO provides an environment innovators can connect with each other, new ideas can flourish, and real improvements can be adopted. Healthcare providers will be inspired at EXPO to change their patients’ health outcomes for the better and improve their experiences.

The EXPO is an important part of accelerating the adoption and diffusion of innovation across the NHS. The need to accelerate the spread of our ideas and improvements was identified by a comprehensive review based on a 12-month consultation with hundreds of people within and outside the NHS.

Innovation is central to how the NHS will deliver improved patient care and high quality health outcomes. Innovation will play a crucial role in bringing together quality improvements which also drive cost savings. We know that if we innovate effectively, we can deliver improved care with the same resources.

ExCeL London is an international exhibition and convention centre, located in the heart of London's Royal Docks, within easy reach of central London.

The venue is part of a 100 acre campus, including 3 onsite DLR stations, easy access to the Jubilee Line and London City Airport, parking, on-site hotels and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.
